NBC 2023 Fall TV Season is here and starts next week!

Prepare yourself for a lineup of fresh episodes featuring new and returning scripted dramas on NBC. Next week, we have the exciting premiere of “The IRRATIONAL” starring Jesse L. Martin in the lead role of Alec Mercer. Mercer is a globally recognized leader in the field of behavioral science, offering his invaluable expertise to effectively resolve complex and high-stakes cases. Continuing its new series lineup is “Found.” This series revolves around the character Gabi Mosely, played by Shanola Hampton, who also serves as a producer. Mosely’s crisis management team is dedicated to locating and assisting individuals who have been overlooked or forgotten.

October is an exciting month for fans of Quantum Leap, Magnum P.I., and Transplant, as it brings the return of these beloved shows with new episodes. This upcoming fall promises to be filled with captivating drama, making it an incredibly enjoyable season.

New Series

THE IRRATIONAL: 10-11pm Mondays
September 25th premiere
Based on bestselling author Dan Ariely’s “Predictably Irrational,” world-renowned behavioral scientist Alec Mercer applies his unconventional approach to human behavior to high-stakes cases involving governments, law enforcement, and corporations.

The cast includes Jesse L. Martin, Maahra Hill, Travina Springer, Molly Kunz, and Arash DeMaxi.

Arika Lisanne Mittman will write and executive produce. Mark Goffman, Samuel Baum, and David Frankel also executive produce.

FOUND: Tuesdays 10-11pm
October 3rd premiere
Over 600,000 Americans go missing annually. The country ignores over half of those persons of color. After becoming one of the forgotten, public relations specialist Gabi Mosely (series star and producer Shanola Hampton) and her crisis management team now ensure that the forgotten and missing are always protected. This everyday hero has a terrifying secret that no one knows.

The cast includes Shanola Hampton, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Kelli Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta, and Karan Oberoi.

Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Sonay Hoffman, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Leigh London Redman, and Lindsay Dunn executive produce.

New Episodes/Seasons

Quantum Leap: Wednesdays 8–9 p.m.
October 4th premiere
Dr. Sam Beckett disappeared in the Quantum Leap accelerator about 30 years ago. A new team lead by physicist Ben Song (Raymond Lee) has restarted the project to discover the machine’s secrets and its creator. Ben’s unlawful leap into the past leaves the crew to figure out why, changing everything. Beside Ben during his leaps is Addison (Caitlin Bassett), a hologram only Ben can see and hear. She works with calm precision as a seasoned Army veteran.

Ben and the team are on a fascinating trip as he jumps from life to life, fixing what went wrong. Addison, Magic, Ian, and Jenn know they must move quickly to solve Ben’s jumps and bring him home or lose him forever.

Martin Gero serves as executive producer along with Dean Georgaris, Deborah Pratt, Chris Grismer, Alex Berger, Steven Lilien, and Bryan Wynbrandt.

Magnum P.I.: Wednesdays 9–10 pm
October 4th premiere

“Magnum P.I.” updates the classic series about Thomas Magnum, a decorated Navy SEAL who becomes a private investigator after returning from Afghanistan. Magnum, a charming rogue, American hero, and Detroit Tigers fan, lives in a guest house on Robin’s Nest, the magnificent estate, where he works as a security consultant to supplement his P.I. Thomas Magnum is back on the case with a vintage Ferrari key, aviator sunglasses, and an Old Düsseldorf longneck in the fridge!

The cast includes Jay Hernandez, Perdita Weeks, Zachary Knighton, Stephen Hill, Amy Hill, and Tim Kang.

Eric Guggenheim, John Davis, Justin Lin, John Fox, Barbie Kligman, David Wolkove and Gene Hong executive produce.

Transplant: Thursdays 9-10pm
October 12 premiere

Bashir “Bash” Hamed (Hamza Haq, “My Salinger Year”) continues his effort to start over in “Transplant”‘s new season, but each milestone brings a new problem. Bash thoroughly explores his identity in Canada while pursuing citizenship for himself and his younger sister, Amira (Sirena Gulamgaus, “Orphan Black”).

Bash works with his coworkers after season two’s dramatic ending, continually being pressed to prove himself. Everyone at York Memorial Hospital and beyond struggles to adjust to change and find their place. After Dr. Bishop’s sudden departure, Dr. Neeta Devi (Rekha Sharma, “Yellow Jackets”) becomes the team’s new head. Dr. Devi wants to transform York Memorial’s emergency department.
