Cloie Wyatt Taylor is someone you would love living next door to you her charming ways and mild mannered personality will win your heart over. Cloie who is a native of Washington DC always dreamt of being a Broadway Musical Star. Cloie has been featured in Shameless (2021) Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (2018), Superstore (2016) and many more. She has a current role in Partners in Rhyme on the AMC Networks’ streaming channel ALLBLK. In this series she plays the role of Victoria “Vicky” Sims best friend and personal assistant to Lana played by (MC Lyte) the series is a comedic show that gives a lively view of the record industry through the eyes of a rap legend.
“As a child I would memorize every single track of The Broadway show Annie and make my parents listen to me sing it.” Cloie always knew what she wanted to do and followed her dream. She is an accomplished singer who comes from a musical family and will be releasing her debut EP later this year. That’s just the beginning of what she has on her to-do list. Cloie also stars as Sonia on a highly anticipated dramatic feature The Mattachine Family from Executive Producer Zach Braff.
“Being able to act in the series Partners in Rhyme feels like a blessing to me. Getting to work with MC Lyte is amazing.” Season 2 of the series will premiere on October 13th with new weekly episodes. Cloie admits that singing and acting is her passion and gives some good advice to those who may be considering this career. “The entertainment industry is not for the faint of heart. If you’re not doing it for the love of it, it will eat you alive.”
Cloie continues to press forward in her career and would like to produce her own musical film one day a musical story about her life. The entertainment industry has not only matured Cloie but it has also made her skin a little tougher these days. “I was always known to be a very sensitive person, always trying to please everyone. But not anymore, I know longer give a you know what! About what people think of me.” You tell’em Cloie. Cloie is living her life like it’s golden and unapologetically. She is adventurous, loves spending time with her family and wants to go on a cross country road trip one day.
