The second season of Billy the Kid, produced by MGM+, will premiere on Sunday, October 15th.

Season Two of this epic romantic adventure, inspired by the life of America’s most infamous outlaw, continues the thrilling story. Billy and his allies find themselves in a showdown with Jesse Evans, his oldest friend, and the corrupt powers of the Santa Fe Ring. The conflict escalates into the violent Lincoln County War when shots are fired. In the midst of the fighting, Billy will face a challenging battle to hold onto his soul and to keep the love of his life.

Michael Hirst, the creator, writer, and executive producer, will be returning for the second season. He will be joined by executive producers Donald De Line from De Line Pictures, as well as Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey from Amblin Television. The series is a collaboration between MGM+ Studios and Amazon Studios: Pan-English Scripted TV, in partnership with Amblin Television and De Line Pictures.Billy the Kid is distributed internationally by MGM.
